Local Thyme Bakery is a cottage bakery serving the Gulf Coast. We are centered around organic, regionally and sustainably sourced ingredients including heritage grains. This results in a far superior tasting product. Each week we have our staple items and a few rotating options for our drop.
Our menu is posted on Sunday/Monday. Orders are due by Wednesday night and pick up is on Fridays.
